The MacBook Pro is a line of Apple Inc.’s Macintosh portable computers. It was first shown in January 2006 and marketed for the professional and power user market. It was priced at the higher end of MacBooks. While “thin is in”, some people like a larger screen. The Pro started with a 15 inch screen but soon went to the 17 inch model. The latest MacBook Pro provides room for scrolling and multi-touch gestures. The hard drive is now more easily replaceable whereas you used to have to disassemble much of the system. A great feature is that the cord to the notebook will disengaged easily if it is pulled, thus preventing the notebook itself from coming off of the table.
