The Apple iPod Shuffle is the smallest digital audio players of the Apple iPod family. It is marketed by Apple Inc. as its budget model. It was introduced in January 2005 but has been updated since.
Instead of storing data on a hard disk, the Shuffle was the first model to use flash memory. It was designed to be easily loaded with songs and to be able to play them in random order. Owners of previous iPods indicated that they used this feature a lot.
Apple calls the Shuffle “the most wearable iPod ever”. It is tiny; the entire device weighs about ½ ounce. With the newer generation of Shuffle, redesigned headphones are included. Then, too, there are so many colors to choose from besides the original brushed aluminum.
A variety of accessories are offered for the Shuffle, including armband attachments, a sport case that protects it from weather, dock that allows for easier computer connection, and other items. Buy a new iPod Shuffle along with the speakers, case, and software right here at a bargain price. |
